Where are our Biergarten tables and benches made? 
All our products are manufactured, assembled, packaged and prepared for export in the production facilities of Baden-Württemberg, Germany. Materials used are of first quality. 

How many people can sit at a table?
The Biergarten garden tables are of European design: long and narrow, they favour conviviality. The standard model (The Original) sits 6 people for a meal, 8 people for drinks. The model with a larger table top (The Hannelore), allows 8 people to eat comfortably. The more compact model (The Balconette) accommodates up to 4 people. 

What wood are our tables and benches made of?
The wood is Norway spruce, a type of spruce that grows in European forests. The tables and benches have 3 layers of varnish on the top and 1 layer on the underside for better protection. 

How to ensure good protection?
We recommend protecting Beergarden furniture against bad weather, extreme climatic variations, persistent heavy rain or intense sun (UV). To ensure long-lasting life of your Set, we recommend to cover the Sets, or to use them on covered locations, sheltered from rain, sun and sever weather. or use them indoors. This product is not recommended for outdoor use without protection. For the winter, store the set in a covered, ventilated space protected from humidity.

Do they require special maintenance? 
Tables and benches do not require any particular care, but it is advisable to shelter them from bad weather. 

It goes without saying that the appearance of wood will change over the years. Wood is a living material and can not keep its new look forever. A natural patina will settle in, traces of wear will surface, the wood will change color; spots, scratches, cracks can pop up. Finally this will give it its authentic look. 

If ever aging wood prevents you from sleeping - know that the table top and/or benches can still be sanded and re-varnished. 

For extra stability, you may secure the base of the metal structures to the floor (holes are provided for this purpose).

What are the delivery times?
We usually have most of the tables and benches in inventory. Delivery delay depends on shipping address. Delivery to Montreal takes 5 business days. Deliveries within the rest of Quebec take 5-10 business days. Deliveries to Canada take 5-15 business days. The client is responsible for being on site for the reception of his order. He must also ensure that there is enough space to receive the furniture (adequate lift, garden gate, accessible corridor, etc.) 

Policy for local delivery
Delivery fees are 50$ for service on the island of Montreal. For orders of 3 and more Sets please contact us to evaluate shipping costs. Place your order directly on our website or write us at info@canadabeergarden.com. Do not forget to give us your phone number and special requirements for delivery. 

Note: Canada Beergarden wants to be eco-responsible, there will be no packaging for local delivery services. 

Do you ship anywhere in Canada?
Yes! We are located in Montreal, Quebec, but can deliver anywhere in Canada. An agreement with our German supplier also allows us to ship to some European countries.

What if the product I want to buy is sold out?
If you want to know if the product you are looking for is going to be in stock again, please contact us by e-mail or by phone, and we will be able to inform you if and when the product will be available. We will do our best to get the item as soon as possible for you.
