If you buy online: 100% of the payment is required. Only credit cards are accepted. If you buy in our showroom: 50% deposit is requested on the order and the balance is due on delivery. We accept cash, checks and payment Accor-d (Desjardins).

Manufacturing defects
We must be notified of any manufacturing defect on reception of the furniture. We will do everything to satisfy you, either by repairing or by replacing the product with another identical set. The inherent transportation costs will be paid by Mtl Beergarden.

Guarantee
All our units are TÜV certified - German quality, design and safety certification. A 3 year warranty is offered by the manufacturer on metal structures and galvanized steel locks.

Refund
We can accept returns if you change your mind about your purchase. After obtaining our agreement the returned items must be in their original packaging and in perfect condition. All returns must be made within 10 days of reception. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
